Congested Skin?

There can be many contributing factors as to why your skin is congested!

  • Dry Skin (little or no oil)
  • Dehydration (skin lacking moisture)
  • Dead cell build up
  • Lacking Tissue Salts
  • Excessive dietary intake of sugar or dairy 
  • Food intolerance
  • Poor Cleansing (drying products) 
  • Medication

Thing you may want to change to improve your skin

  • Non drying and gentle cleanser (avoid products that contain sulfates)
  • Exfoliate at least 2-3 times a week 
  • Moisturise twice a day every day
  • Your food cravings may indicate what your digestive irritant could be
  • Drink plenty of water to flush the liver and kidney 
  • Change pillow cases regularly
